This was such a welcome break to sitting at my desk all day! The chair yoga series was restorative and attainable for all levels, and it was really ideal to have in the middle of the day to ground me going into my afternoon. I will definitely try to take some of the breathing exercises and postures we learned and incorporate them into my day-to-day. Thank you!!
